Firoze Manji: Nothing in international law allows regime change and assassination of a leader. This was an extra- judicial killing supported by Hillary Clinton. It is now the question of US and NATO allies to take Libya and do with it what it is what. It is a blunt admission by the US that it was about regime change not about protecting any civilians.
