The controversial Rohtak bus molestation case has taken a new turn. Bravehearts Pooja and Aarti, who had taught a lesson to molesters in the moving bus, are up in arms against the police which allegedly doctored the polygraph test report and deleted the controversial questions from the challan which was put up in the court recently.

Aarti and Pooja lawyer Attar Singh Pawar said that the police had asked derogatory and indecent questions from molestation victims during the polygraph test conducted in February this year. He said that the police just included a synopsis of the test which was suitable to them and deleted the controversial questions which would have exposed the police role in hushing up the case and making the molesters a hero.

"They asked the girls how many times they have done the theft, how many boys have been made 'Devdas' by them and with how many boys they went to a room. What was logic behind asking asking these questions and if the report was made part of the challan then why these questions were deleted," Attar Singh Pawar said.

Aarti and Pooja said that the police had asked at least nine questions from them during the polygraph test. However, the police has included only five questions in the challan.

Accusing the police of weakening the case, the brave sisters said that despite the assurance given by the Superintendent of Policie that the controversial polygraph report will not be included in the challan, the Rohtak police deliberately included the test report and deleted the objectionable questions.

"The truth about the indecent and objectionable questions would have come to light had the police included the complete polygraph test report. Now when they have included the test report why the questions which still haunt us were not included in the challan," Pooja said.

Sources said the police probe has found Kuldeep, Mohit and Deepak guilty of eve teasing and thrashing the girls. They have been booked under IPC 354-a (physical contact and advances involving unwelcome and explicit sexual overtures) and section 323.

Sources said the police in challan has told the court that the allegations made by the sisters against three men does not appear to be reliable. It also said that the woman who recorded the video has told the police that the mobile phone was handed over by the one of the sisters to her to record the incident. The challan also says that the girls mislead the investigators.

Attar Singh Pawar has accused the police of working under pressure and said the probe was partial and every effort was made to save the molesters. "The Haryana government in this case behaved as if it was with the molesters. The crime branch did not investigate properly. Whatever was done was to silence the molestation victims. The  police only included those facts in the challan which were against the girls. We will knock at the doors of high court if we come across a substantial evidence," Attar Singh Pawar said.

Superintendent of Police, Rohtak Shahank Anand did not respond to the phone calls as he is on a leave. SP Jhajjar Sumit Kumar is officiating as SP Rohtak who said that he do not have complete details about the case. "I will not be in a position to comment as I do not have complete details about the case. It will be better if you contact Shashank Anand," Sumit Kumar said.

Pooja and Aarti had thrashed three eve teasers on November 29, 2014 in a moving state roadways bus.
