Subject: No British Queen on Irish soil.

The UK's Commander-in-Chief the Queen, the most dreadful of people you would ever not wish to meet, should not place her feet on Ireland's soil. To do so would be an unforgiveable  insult to all those who died in the 'troubles'  and their loved ones  who were opposed to HER government and HER controlling dominant military;their political objectives and intervention  in Irish history and its destiny. This woman  is not a robot, and is perfectly able to  rescind her  decision, bite the bullet so-to-speak, swallow her pride, set her feet in concrete and remain in Britain. Real, threats have been made against her and those who, short sightedly, approve  her visit to Ireland. Consequently  is  the Queen's arrogant triumphalism worth yet more  loss of life? Peace seekers everywhere say NO to that! Nevertheless  should this women  decide irresponsibly, to  set foot on the soil of Ireland, rest assured that it  will inevitably, leave in its wake gory  royal bloody imprints  that will result  in  the deaths of Irish men and women. In addition, her visit will be regarded as  an incitement and  a provocation leading to bloody reprisals in Britain. Consequently, no person, royal or otherwise would be guaranteed exclusion from retaliation. A message to the Queen therefore is simple: Remain in Britain old girl for the future well-being of your haughty Imperial self, your haughty Imperial relations and the 'ordinary' non interfering  peace seeking people of Britain. To visit Ireland will stir up dormant but not dead emotions, and justified political aspirations. William Gladys.

No stone-pelting: Geelani

'It Failed As A Defensive Measure'

TARIQ RASOOL

Bandipora, Apr 29: Appealing youth not to pelt stones on police and other Government forces, chairman of Hurriyat Conference (G) Syed Ali Shah Geelani Friday said the stone pelting proved unsuccessful as a defensive measure.

The veteran leader was addressing a huge gathering at the Main Chowk Bandipora.

"Leaving the theological debate on stone pelting aside, we have analyzed that it yields no contribution to the cause of freedom," he said.

He said that no trooper was killed during the last year's stone-pelting, "In return we lost 118 youths."

Geelani said that youth were pelting stones as a defensive measure against the bullets 'but we couldn't defend ourselves by pelting stones thus losing 118 youths last year.'
Geelani was referring to the killing of 118 civilians, mostly teenagers and children, by police and paramilitary CRPF while curbing the massive pro-freedom demonstrations in the valley last year. "It (pelting) contributes no benefit to the freedom cause so youth should not pelt stones or attack any bunker while protesting against the forced occupation," the leader said.

Geelani condemned the Baramulla incident in which an SRTC driver died due to stone pelting.

"We will continue our struggle for self-determination and evacuation of troops though India is strengthening its forced occupation in J&K. I am suggesting India to feed its 40 percent population which is dying of hunger and live below poverty line," he said.

"We have given 5-point formula to facilitate situation for fruitful talks, the first point of which is to declare Jammu and Kashmir as dispute territory," he said.

"India should accept Jammu and Kashmir as a disputed territory, it is neither part of India nor of Pakistan yet, it should be solved under the provisions of United Nations resolutions which are yet to be implemented," he said.

Referring towards talks, he said "We are not against talks but they should be fruitful. We will not accept any solution within Indian Constitution."
"There will be no peace between India and Pakistan till Jammu and Kashmir is not resolved. It was the Kashmir issue which led to the creation of Bangladesh," he said.

ON DOGRA CERTIFICATE:
Expressing gratitude to the people of Jammu and Kashmir for supporting the campaign against Dogra Certificate, Geelani said, "It is due to the people's pressure that Government revoked the Dogra Certificate order and I appreciate the people of Jammu and Kashmir who observed complete shutdown on 11th April against the order. The mainstream parties are the agents of India who are strengthening the forced occupation of Indian forces. There is no need of any other certificate other than State Subject Certificate, it was a conspiracy to weaken the Kashmiri people but we didn't allow the Indian agencies who are always looking to divide us."

RESPONDS TO CHIEF MINISTER:
Commenting on his meeting with Ram Vilas Paswan and the remarks by Chief Minister Omar Abdullah, he said "I met Paswan as a representative of people, not as a Government representative. The aim of the meet was to reach out to the people in India."

"Let I Inform the Chief Minster that interlocutors are here to divide Jammu and Kashmir, they are trying to divide Kashmir on sectarian lines to give an impression that majority of people were not supporting the freedom movement."

He said India was not serious to resolve the Kashmir issue and was using the process of interlocution as a delaying tactic.
"Starting form 23 March 1952 India has initiated talks more than 155 times but they are useless as India is not accepting Jammu and Kashmir as disputed territory," he added.

Responding to Chief Minster's remark that he doesn't want his kids to be in politics, Geelani said, "Omar Abdullah is third ruler of Sheikh Dynasty who victimized people in Jammu and Kashmir in various ways."

STRESSES MORALITY:
Saying that India was disturbing the culture and ethos of Jammu and Kashmir at various fronts, Geelani said, "On one side India forcibly occupied Jammu and Kashmir and on other efforts are being made to destroy the culture, religion, civilization and social ethos of Kashmir."

He said, "Our youths are being deprived of Urdu language which is the only source of our religious literature." He stressed youth to boost the Urdu language for the safeguard of religion and culture.

He appealed people to refrain from casting votes during the Panchayat elections. "To cast vote is to support the Indian occupation so I appeal people not to cast the vote during the elections," he said.

Russia: Nato has overstepped UN mandate on Libya
Friday 22 April 2011

Libya litmus test: Russia is following military developments in North Africa closely Photo: Reuters/Vostock-Photo

Yevgeny Shestakov, Special to Russia Now 3:43PM BST 21 Apr 2011
As Nato members met to rally forces in the Libya operations, Russia kept up pressure on the alliance to adhere to its UN mandate. Old concerns about missile defences were close behind.

At a Berlin meeting of Nato foreign ministers, Russia reiterated its stance that the western alliance's Libya campaign has overstepped its UN mandate through use of excessive force. It also pressed home concerns in the ongoing issue of missile defences in Europe.

"We consider that certain actions by Nato in Libya do not correspond to its mandate, and we would like to investigate this," Sergey Lavrov, the Russian foreign minister, said after Friday's talks.

Participating in the framework of the Russia-Nato Council, Mr Lavrov added that he had requested that the Nato leadership strictly observes the positions on Libya adopted by resolution 1973 ofthe UN Security Council.

Russia saw the Nato action as a real-life litmus test of that organisation's new strategic conception and its readiness not to overstep its authority as defined by the UN, Mr Lavrov told ministers from Nato's 28 member states and leaders of allied nations. Russia, which has power to veto UN resolutions, abstained from last month's vote that authorised the airstrikes by Nato.

As the alliance sought in Berlin to find extra aircraft for the campaign against Colonel Gaddafi's loyalists, Mr Lavrov stressed that "using excessive military force will lead to additional casualties among civilians". However, he went on, "Russia does not intend to act as watchdog when it comes to respecting Security Council resolutions on Libya."

The Russian delegation expressed satisfaction that the first report by Nato General Secretary Anders Fogh Rasmussen on the implementation of Libya-related resolutions had been delivered to the UN Security Council.

Regarding the planned development of a European anti-ballistic missile defence shield, a major sticking point in relations with Nato, Mr Lavrov underscored Moscow's basic position: all participants in the project must agree on criteria guaranteeing that the system will not be directed against any of them. Russia also wants guarantees that Nato's military planning will not threaten its interests.

The meeting in Berlin also failed to allay Russian apprehensions about Nato plans to adopt a "stage-by-stage adaptive approach" in developing a European shield. In the opinion of Russian military experts, the anticipated appearance of missile interceptors near Russia's borders within 8 to 10 years under current plans would create potential risks for its intercontinental missiles.

It remains unclear to what extent the alliance and the US are willing to involve non-Nato members like Russia in work on the system. After the Nato-Russia Council meeting in Berlin, Mr Lavrov said talks about the possibility of Russia joining the European system of missile defence are being conducted not only with the alliance, but also in Washington.

The ministers in Berlin affirmed renewed efforts to fight terrorism. Actively being promoted is a joint Russia-Nato programme to develop remote identification of explosives carried by suicide bombers. For Afghanistan, the sides agreed to create a special helicopter fund to help raise the qualifications of Afghan personnel who service flight equipment.

Armed US Drones To Start Libya Missions
Thursday April 21, 2011
http://news.sky.com/skynews/Home/World-News/Video-Libya---US-President-Approves-Use-Of-Armed-Predator-Drones-In-Libya/Article/201104315977157

Armed US Predator drones will start missions in Libya as rebels take control of a key post on the border with Tunisia.

US President Barack Obama has given the go-ahead to use the unmanned aircraft which have already seen action in Afghanistan, Pakistan and Iraq.

Marine General James Cartwright, vice chairman of the Joint Chiefs of Staff, said the drones can help counteract Gaddafi forces' tactic of travelling in civilian vehicles.

"What they will bring that is unique to the conflict is their ability to get down lower, therefore to be able to get better visibility on targets that have started to dig themselves into defensive positions.
"They are uniquely suited for urban areas."

It comes as Libyan rebels claimed the capture of the Wazin border crossing following fighting outside the desert town of Nalut - about 140 miles southwest of the capital Tripoli.

Moussa Ibrahim: 'We will unleash hell upon Nato'

Rebel leaders and witnesses said at least 13 Libyan military officers, including two commanders, fled across the border.

A doctor with Tunisia's Red Crescent said the border post was in rebel hands and relief officials fear it could lead to a new wave of refugees.

"The main worry now is an influx of families fleeing the fighting in Libya," Dr Mongi Slim said.

"Before, when the post was under the control of the pro-Gaddafi forces, people had been crossing on little paths. But now it will be much easier."

But Sky's Tom Rayner, reporting from Tripoli, said Gaddafi's Government had denied these claims.

"They claim the rebels have control of the Tunisian side of the border, but they [the Government] have control of the Libyan side."

Meanwhile a passenger ferry carrying about 1,000 people fleeing the western city of Misratah has arrived in Benghazi.

Also aboard the vessel are the bodies of British Oscar-nominated photographer and filmmaker Tim Hetherington and Getty photographer Chris Holdros.

They were killed on Wednesday in an attack that also injured two other photographers.

A statement from Mr Hetherington's family said he was killed by a rocket-propelled grenade.

It comes as the Ministry of Defence said Nato was now targeting most of its air effort on the besieged city because of what it called the "grievous situation" for the civilian population.

Rebels appear to be gaining more international support, including plans by Italy, France and Britain to send combat advisers and other nations pledging communications and other equipment under the Nato mission.

But Col Gaddafi's regime hit back with fierce threats if the alliance sends any troops to Libya.

"If Nato comes to Misratah, or any Libyan city, we will unleash hell upon Nato," Government spokesman Moussa Ibrahim said.

"We will be a ball of fire. Libya will become one man, one woman, fighting for freedom. We will make it 10 times as bad as Iraq."

A great day for Palestine
Khalid Amayreh - amayreh@p-ol.com
Fri Apr 29, 2011
The Palestine Information Center
http://www.palestine-info.co.uk

Much to the chagrin of the hateful Zionist entity, Hamas and Fatah seem to have reached a final agreement, putting an end to four years of a crippling national rift which exhausted the Palestinian people as never before and gave Israel a valuable opportunity to try liquidate the Palestinian cause.

News of the agreement has already generated instantaneous reactions of excitement and joy, even euphoria in the occupied territories.

Motorists honked their car horns, youngsters took to the streets
shouting "Fatah and Hamas: one people not two." Some women ululated with joy as Fatah and Hamas leaders appeared on TV screens in Cairo,
announcing the conclusion of the long-awaited agreement. Some
restaurants and eateries offered free coffee, tea and juices as
celebrations went on until around midnight.

On the Israeli side, Israeli leaders were visibly angry and
disappointed, with Prime Minister Benyamin Netanyah threatening the
Palestinian leadership with what looked like a virtual ultimatum:

"The PA would have to choose between peace with Hamas and peace with Israel. It can't choose both."

One Fatah official retorted: "We also say Israel would have to
choose between peace with the Palestinian people and peace with racist settlers, it can't choose both."

Well, Netanyahu's threats should be rejected outright and treated with the utter contempt they deserve.

After all, this is an internal Palestinian matter and Israel has absolutely no right to intervene in our internal affairs.

Netanyahu may argue that Hamas doesn't recognize Israel. Well,
Netanyahu should be reminded that he presides over a government the bulk of which doesn't recognize Palestine.

In the final analysis, why should Hamas, or for that matter Fatah,
recognize Israel when Israel refuses to recognize the very existence of the Palestinian people.

So, if the next Palestinian government of national unity shouldn't
include groups that don't recognize Israel, by the same token,
Palestinians have the right to demand that any Israeli government must exclude groups and parties that don't recognize the legitimate rights of the Palestinian people.

Needless to say, the current Israeli government includes explicitly fascist parties that don't even recognize the very existence
of the Palestinian people.

The conclusion of the reconciliation agreement in Cairo has really
dealt a sharp blow to nefarious Zionist designs. Israel first lost a
great strategic asset in the dramatic downfall of the Mubarak dynasty
and now we have these good tidings from Cairo. More good news is coming up, inshallah (God willing).

Netanyahu and other Zionist supremacists may rant and rave for as
long as they may. This shouldn't shake even one hair on our bodies.

None the less, we must not be too preoccupied with self- congratulating ourselves on this auspicious occasion. Yes there is
no doubt that the present that both Hamas and Fatah have handed over to the Palestinian people is great.

However, we must work overtime to rectify and correct all that
went wrong during these gloomy four years. Prisoners or detainees must be set free, media incitement must end immediately, closed institutions must be reopened; and human rights and civil liberties must be reinstituted. Also grievances must be settled and hard feelings soothed
and reconciled.

In short, we must get the slate clean as soon as possible and
allow for the total obliteration of all the scars of division.

In this agreement, there seems to be only winners. Everyone is
winning as a result of this breakthrough except Israel and the enemies of our people.

Hamas has won by having all its conditions and objections met. We
must not forget that Hamas was supposed to be destroyed according to the American-Zionist designs; so the fact that Hamas has remained a hard, independent variable is indeed a great achievement. This proves that not everything Palestinian must be subject to the Zionist will.

Fatah has also won by showing Israel that Fatah won't be co-opted
and manipulated against Palestinian national interest. Fatah won by
demonstrating that it will remain a national and patriotic movement
despite American and Israeli designs.

And the Palestinian people has won by overcoming one of the most
formidable internal crises ever to mar the Palestinian struggle for
freedom from the claws of diabolic Zionism.

We must also thank our big sister, Egypt, without which the
conclusion of this agreement wouldn't have been possible. The
revolutionary leadership in Cairo must be applauded for its tireless
efforts and dedication to bring about this paramount national
reconciliation among the brothers in Palestine. This should be a good
omen for the future.

Finally, we Palestinians should instill in ourselves a feeling of
optimism. The restoration of Palestinian national unity, along with the strategic changes in the Arab region, is huge assets and opportunities that should be utilized for the ultimate liberation of Palestine.

The Libyan War, American Power and the Decline of the Petrodollar System

by Prof. Peter Dale Scott

Global Research, April 29, 2011

The present NATO campaign against Gaddafi in Libya has given rise to great confusion, both among those waging this ineffective campaign, and among those observing it. Many whose opinions I normally respect see this as a necessary war against a villain – though some choose to see Gaddafi as the villain, and others point to Obama.

My own take on this war, on the other hand, is that it is both ill-conceived and dangerous  -- a threat to the interests of Libyans, Americans, the Middle East and conceivably the entire world. Beneath the professed concern about the safety of Libyan civilians lies a deeper concern that is barely acknowledged: the West's defense of the present global petrodollar economy, now in decline.

The confusion in Washington, matched by the absence of discussion of an overriding strategic motive for American involvement, is symptomatic of the fact that the American century is ending, and ending in a way that is both predictable in the long run, and simultaneously erratic and out of control in its details.

Confusion in Washington and in NATO

With respect to Libya's upheaval itself, opinions in Washington range from that of John McCain, who has allegedly called on NATO to provide "every apparent means of assistance, minus ground troops," in overthrowing Gaddafi,1 to Republican Congressman Mike Rogers, who has expressed deep concern about even passing out arms to a group of fighters we do not know well.2

We have seen the same confusion throughout the Middle East. In Egypt a coalition of non-governmental elements helped prepare for the nonviolent revolution in that country, while former US Ambassador Frank Wisner, Jr., flew to Egypt to persuade Mubarak to cling to power. Meanwhile in countries that used to be of major interest to the US, like Jordan and Yemen, it is hard to discern any coherent American policy at all.

In NATO too there is confusion that occasionally threatens to break into open discord. Of the 28 NATO members, only 14 are involved at all in the Libyan campaign, and only six are involved in the air war. Of these only three countries –the U.S., Britain, and France, are offering tactical air support to the rebels on the ground. When many NATO countries froze the bank accounts of Gaddafi and his immediate supporters, the US, in an unpublicized and dubious move, froze the entire $30 billion of Libyan government funds to which it has access. (Of this, more later.) Germany, the most powerful NATO nation after America, abstained on the UN Security Council resolution; and its foreign minister, Guido Westerwelle, has since said, "We will not see a military solution, but a political solution."3

Such chaos would have been unthinkable in the high period of US dominance. Obama appears paralyzed by the gap between his declared objective – the removal of Gaddafi from power – and the means available to him, given the nation's costly involvement in two wars, and his domestic priorities.

To understand America's and NATO's confusion over Libya, one must look at other phenomena:

• Standard & Poor's warning of an imminent downgrade of the U.S. credit rating

• the unprecedented rise in the price of gold to over $1500 an ounce

the gridlock in American politics over federal and state deficits and what to do about them

In the midst of the Libyan challenge to what remains of American hegemony, and in part as a direct consequence of America's confused strategy in Libya, the price of oil has hit $112 a barrel. This price increase threatens to slow or even reverse America's faltering economic recovery, and demonstrates one of the many ways in which the Libyan war is not serving American national interests.

Confusion about Libya has been evident in Washington from the outset, particularly since Secretary of State Clinton advocated a no-fly policy, President Obama said he wanted it as an option, and Secretary of Defense Gates warned against it.4 The result has been a series of interim measures, during which Obama has justified a limited U.S. response by pointing to America's demanding commitments in Iraq and Afghanistan.

Yet with a stalemate prevailing in Libya itself, a series of further gradual escalations are being contemplated, from the provision of arms, funds, and advisers to the rebels, to the introduction of mercenaries or even foreign troops. The American scenario begins to look more and morelike Vietnam, where the war also began modestly with the introduction of covert operators followed by military advisers.

I have to confess that on March 17 I myself was of two minds about UN Security Council 1973, which ostensibly established a no-fly zone in Libya for the protection of civilians. But since then it has become apparent that the threat to rebels from Gaddafi's troops and rhetoric was in fact far less than was perceived at the time. To quote Prof. Alan J. Kuperman,

. . . President Barack Obama grossly exaggerated the humanitarian threat to justify military action in Libya. The president claimed that intervention was necessary to prevent a "bloodbath'' in Benghazi, Libya's second-largest city and last rebel stronghold. But Human Rights Watch has released data on Misurata, the next-biggest city in Libya and scene of protracted fighting, revealing that Moammar Khadafy is not deliberately massacring civilians but rather narrowly targeting the armed rebels who fight against his government. Misurata's population is roughly 400,000. In nearly two months of war, only 257 people — including combatants — have died there. Of the 949 wounded, only 22 — less than 3 percent — are women…. Nor did Khadafy ever threaten civilian massacre in Benghazi, as Obama alleged. The "no mercy'' warning, of March 17, targeted rebels only, as reported by The New York Times, which noted that Libya's leader promised amnesty for those "who throw their weapons away.'' Khadafy even offered the rebels an escape route and open border to Egypt, to avoid a fight "to the bitter end.''5

The record of ongoing US military interventions in Iraq and Afghanistan suggests that we should expect a heavy human toll if the current stalemate in Libya either continues or escalates further.

The Role in this War of Oil and Financial Interests

In American War Machine, I wrote how

By a seemingly inevitable dialectic,… prosperity in some major states fostered expansion, and expansion in dominant states created increasing income disparity.6 In this process the dominant state itself was changed, as its public services were progressively impoverished, in order to strengthen security arrangements benefiting a few while oppressing many.7

Thus, for many years the foreign affairs of England in Asia came to be conducted in large part by the East India Company…. Similarly, the American company Aramco, representing a consortium of the oil majors Esso, Mobil, Socal, and Texaco, conducted its own foreign policy in Arabia, with private connections to the CIA and FBI.8

In this way Britain and America inherited policies that, when adopted by the metropolitan states, became inimical to public order and safety.9

In the final stages of hegemonic power, one sees more and more naked intervention for narrow interests, abandoning earlier efforts towards creating stable international institutions. Consider the role of the conspiratorial Jameson Raid into the South African Boer Republic in late 1895, a raid, devised to further the economic interests of Cecil Rhodes, which helped to induce Britain's Second Boer War.10 Or consider the Anglo-French conspiracy with Israel in 1956, in an absurd vain attempt to retain control of the Suez Canal.

Then consider the lobbying efforts of the oil majors as factors in the U.S. war in Vietnam (1961), Afghanistan (2001), and Iraq (2003).11 Although the role of oil companies in America's Libyan involvement remains obscure, it is a virtual certainty that Cheney's Energy Task Force Meetings discussed not just Iraq's but Libya's under-explored oil reserves, estimated to be around 41 billion barrels, or about a third of Iraq's.12

Afterwards some in Washington expected a swift victory in Iraq would be followed by similar US attacks on Libya and Iran. General Wesley Clark told Amy Goodman on Democracy Now four years ago that soon after 9/11 a general in the Pentagon informed him that several countries would be attacked by the U.S. military. The list included Iraq, Syria, Lebanon, Libya, Somalia, Sudan, and Iran.13 In May of 2003 John Gibson, chief executive of Halliburton's Energy Service Group, told International Oil Daily in an interview, ""We hope Iraq will be the first domino and that Libya and Iran will follow. We don't like being kept out of markets because it gives our competitors an unfair advantage,"14

It is also a matter of public record that the UN no-fly resolution 1973 of March 17 followed shortly on Gaddafi's public threat of March 2 to throw western oil companies out of Libya, and his invitation on March 14 to Chinese, Russian, and Indian firms to produce Libyan oil in their place.15 Significantly China, Russia, and India (joined by their BRICS ally Brazil), all abstained on UN Resolution 1973.

The issue of oil is closely intertwined with that of the dollar, because the dollar's status as the world's reserve currency depends largely on OPEC's decision to denominate the dollar as the currency for OPEC oil purchases. Today's petrodollar economy dates back to two secret agreements with the Saudisin the 1970s for the recycling of petrodollars back into the US economy. The first of these deals assured a special and on-going Saudi stake in the health of the US dollar; the second secured continuing Saudi support for the pricing of all OPEC oil in dollars. These two deals assured that the US economy would not be impoverished by OPEC oil price hikes. Since then the heaviest burden has been borne instead by the economies of less developed countries, who need to purchase dollars for their oil supplies.16

As  Ellen Brown has pointed out, first Iraq and then Libya decided to challenge the petrodollar system and stop selling all their oil for dollars, shortly before each country was attacked.

Kenneth Schortgen Jr., writing  on Examiner.com, noted that "[s]ix months before the US moved into Iraq to take down Saddam Hussein, the oil nation had made the move to accept Euros instead of dollars for oil, and this became a threat to the global dominance of the dollar as the reserve currency, and its dominion as the petrodollar.."

According to a Russian article titled "Bombing of Lybia - Punishment for Qaddafi for His Attempt to Refuse US Dollar," Qaddafi made a similarly bold move: he initiated a movement to refuse the dollar and the euro, and called on Arab and African nations to use a new currency instead, the gold dinar. Qaddafi suggested establishing a united African continent, with its 200 million people using this single currency. … The initiative was viewed negatively by the USA and the European Union, with French president Nicolas Sarkozy calling Libya a threat to the financial security of mankind; but Qaddafi continued his push for the creation of a united Africa.

And that brings us back to the puzzle of the Libyan central bank. In an article posted on the Market Oracle, Eric Encina observed:

One seldom mentioned fact by western politicians and media pundits: the Central Bank of Libya is 100% State Owned.... Currently, the Libyan government creates its own money, the Libyan Dinar, through the facilities of its own central bank. Few can argue that Libya is a sovereign nation with its own great resources, able to sustain its own economic destiny. One major problem for globalist banking cartels is that in order to do business with Libya, they must go through the Libyan Central Bank and its national currency, a place where they have absolutely zero dominion or power-broking ability. Hence, taking down the Central Bank of Libya (CBL) may not appear in the speeches of Obama, Cameron and Sarkozy but this is certainly at the top of the globalist agenda for absorbing Libya into its hive of compliant nations.17

Libya not only has oil. According to the IMF, its central bank has nearly 144 tons of gold in its vaults. With that sort of asset base, who needs the BIS [Bank of International Settlements], the IMF and their rules.18

Gaddafi's recent proposal to introduce a gold dinar for Africa revives the notion of an Islamic gold dinar floated in 2003 by Malaysian Prime Minister Mahathir Mohamad, as well as by some Islamist movements.19 The notion, which contravenes IMF rules and is designed to bypass them, has had trouble getting started. But today the countries stocking more and more gold rather than dollars include not just Libya and Iran, but also China, Russia, and India.20

The Stake of France in Terminating Gaddafi's African Initiatives

The initiative for the air attacks appears to have come initially from France, with early support from Britain. If Qaddafi were to succeed in creating an African Union backed by Libya's currency and gold reserves, France, still the predominant economic power in most of its former Central African colonies, would be the chief loser. Indeed, a report from Dennis Kucinich in America has corroborated the claim of Franco Bechis in Italy, transmitted by VoltaireNet in France, that "plans to spark the Benghazi rebellion were initiated by French intelligence services in November 2010."21

If the idea to attack Libya originated with France, Obama moved swiftly to support French plans to frustrate Gaddafi's African initiative with his unilateral declaration of a national emergency in order to freeze all of the Bank of Libya's $30 billion of funds to which America had access. (This was misleadingly reported in the U.S. press as a freeze of the funds of "Colonel Qaddafi, his children and family, and senior members of the Libyan government."22 But in fact the second section of Obama's decree explicitly targeted "All property and interests… of the Government of Libya, its agencies, instrumentalities, and controlled entities, and the Central Bank of Libya."23) While the U.S. has actively used financial weapons in recent years, the $30-billion seizure, "the largest amount ever to be frozen by a U.S. sanctions order," had one precedent, the arguably illegal and certainly conspiratorial seizure of Iranian assets in 1979 on behalf of the threatened Chase Manhattan Bank.24

The consequences of the $30-billion freeze for Africa, as well as for Libya, have been spelled out by an African observer:

The US$30 billion frozen by Mr Obama belong to the Libyan Central Bank and had been earmarked as the Libyan contribution to three key projects which would add the finishing touches to the African federation – the African Investment Bank in Syrte, Libya, the establishment in 2011 of the African Monetary Fund to be based in Yaounde with a US$42 billion capital fund and the Abuja-based African Central Bank in Nigeria which when it starts printing African money will ring the death knell for the CFA franc through which Paris has been able to maintain its hold on some African countries for the last fifty years. It is easy to understand the French wrath against Gaddafi.25

This same observer spells out her reasons for believing that Gaddafi's plans for Africa have been more benign than the West's:

It began in 1992, when 45 African nations established RASCOM (Regional African Satellite Communication Organization) so that Africa would have its own satellite and slash communication costs in the continent. This was a time when phone calls to and from Africa were the most expensive in the world because of the annual US$500 million fee pocketed by Europe for the use of its satellites like Intelsat for phone conversations, including those within the same country.

An African satellite only cost a onetime payment of US$400 million and the continent no longer had to pay a US$500 million annual lease. Which banker wouldn't finance such a project? But the problem remained – how can slaves, seeking to free themselves from their master's exploitation ask the master's help to achieve that freedom? Not surprisingly, the World Bank, the International Monetary Fund, the USA, Europe only made vague promises for 14 years. Gaddafi put an end to these futile pleas to the western 'benefactors' with their exorbitant interest rates. The Libyan guide put US$300 million on the table; the African Development Bank added US$50 million more and the West African Development Bank a further US$27 million – and that's how Africa got its first communications satellite on 26 December 2007.26

I am not in a position to corroborate all of her claims. But, for these and other reasons, I am persuaded that western actions in Libya have been designed to frustrate Gaddafi's plans for an authentically post-colonial Africa, not just his threatened actions against the rebels in Benghazi.

Conclusion

At stake is not just America's relation to Libya, but to China. The whole of Africa is an area where the west and the BRIC countries will both be investing. A resource-hungry China alone is expected to invest on a scale of $50 billion a year by 2015, a figure (funded by America's trade deficit with China) which the West cannot match.27 Whether east and west can coexist peacefully in Africa in the future will depend on the west's learning to accept a gradual diminution of its influence there, without resorting to deceitful stratagems (reminiscent of the Anglo-French Suez stratagem of 1956) in order to maintain it.

Previous transitions of global dominance have been marked by wars, by revolutions, or by both together. The final emergence through two World Wars of American hegemony over British hegemony was a transition between two powers that were essentially allied, and culturally close. The whole world has an immense stake in ensuring that the difficult transition to a post-US hegemonic order will be achieved as peacefully as possible.

Will we ever finally realize that the bottom line leads straight to hell?

AMERICA IS ON THE WRONG SIDE
By John Kaminski - pseudoskylax@gmail.com
Thursday, 21 April, 2011
http://johnkaminski.info/

At this very moment, staunch allies of the United States in Bahrain and Yemen are shooting their own citizens in the head and following the Jewish practice of harvesting them for their organs ~ all for protesting government tyranny.

But in Libya, the story is very different, where a legitimate and independent government is being destroyed so that the Western powers and international bankers can steal the valuable supplies of oil and water from a much defamed but always peaceful and productive nation.

<http://www.twf.org/News/Y2011/0401-Paradise.html>

America is on the wrong side, in every subject, on every question, concerning any matter of principle, practice or policy in the world.

Instead of being on the side of people it pretends to protect, America is on the side of the international bankers who are squeezing the life out of everyone. How many more disasters will it take for people to realize this? And if America ultimately succeeds in its totalitarian quest, how long will it be before people everywhere are forbidden to think about the moral depravity of state-sponsored criminality at all?

America as a government and hence as nation is on the wrong side of everything.

One need look no further than how it is misleading its own citizens on the dangers of radiation from Japan as it closes down its radiation monitoring stations and deliberately deceives the public with rosy reports of minuscule radioactivity over North America.

All the while, reports from nongovernmental radiation monitors reveal the worst. The question of which reporting is true will be answered in a very short time when millions of people begin to get seriously sick.

America has become like an abused piñata that has been slammed so many times by people stealing its money that all its treasures are spilling to the ground like so much blood from a bleeding heart that has been forcibly carved out of the carcass of its owner, who is each one of us.

In matters of money, medicine, media and aggression against other hapless target countries whose resources we want to steal and whose people we want to enslave, America is absolutely, irrevocably and permanently on the wrong side.

Why?

Because America is not run by Americans.

It is run by people who claim to have no nationality, they just work for the common good. That's why they've let all those non Americans into the country, they say. It's for the common good. Now that we have a bonafide non American president, who refuses to defend American borders that are being overrun by illegal immigrants, we can see clearly that America is no longer being run by Americans.

Who are they, you ask?
No, the problem is you're afraid to ask.
I've been telling you the answer for years,
but you think you'll be harmed
if you believe what I tell you,
never realizing that
you are being terminally injured because you don't.

The rest of the world should realize (and I believe they probably already have and I just don't know it) that any country that lies to its own citizens will lie to every other country it deals with.

The U.S. track record with its own native population should have answered that question a hundred years ago, but the American people have gone on believing their government has always been telling them the truth, and that is the course that was followed in our way to the ultimate destruction of America day, which to all observers appears to be not more than a few months off, if that long.

I began to think about how America has always been on the wrong side after I read Adolf Hitler's declaration of war against the U.S. four days after Pearl Harbor. In part, Hitler said: "The American President and his plutocratic clique have called us the "have not" nations. The is correct! But the "have nots" also want to live, and they will certainly make sure that what little they have to live on is not stolen from them by the "haves."

(Read Hitler's whole speech at

<https://docs.google.com/viewer?a=v&pid=gmail&attid=0.5&thid=12f3dc66ec341a87&mt=application/pdf&url=https://mail.google.com/mail/?ui%3D2%26ik%3D43bc9b1fcc%26view%3Datt%26th%3D12f3dc66ec341a87%26attid%3D0.5%26disp%3Dattd%26zw&sig=AHIEtbQIxYt4E2qw5A4kD8O9Krw12Brtxw>

It will definitely open your eyes as it sounds like a description of the world today.

America is on the wrong side. Think about it. Where does that put your "support our boys in uniform" shtick, our boys who are raping Iraqi children for kicks, bombing wedding parties in Afghanistan by pushing buttons in Tampa, and siding with the Israelis as "God's Chosen people" as these insane Jews slaughter well-meaning people who try to bring food to starving people in Gaza?

America is on the wrong side. Think about the big push to get you to take the poison swine flu vaccine, the cover-up of autism-producing Thimerosal in most vaccines, forcing its own troops to take vaccines whose ingredients are never revealed, and vaccinating the cervixes of little girls to prevent a disease they will never get and likely complicate the delivery of healthy children they will never have.

America is on the wrong side. Think about the buildings they blew up in New York City. That there are still people who believe Muslim terrorists did this dastardly deed attests to the dumbing down of the greatest country that ever was into an Army of robot droids willing to do the bidding of their Jewish masters who control them with trivial television and meaningless religion.

I could write a thousand more paragraphs like this
and so could you.

But the point of it all is to realize that this group of paid off politicians who supposedly represent American interests around the world actually do not represent Americans at all, they represent the international Jewish bankers who control all the countries of the world except the half dozen or so the U.S. is constantly threatening and/or invading.

America is on the wrong side in everything. And as a result, whether you like it or not, if you're an American, so are you. So while you're looking for a way to rebut this argument, you need look no further than your own soul.

If you continue to keep your head down, try not to rock the boat, and hope some government program doesn't suddenly remove you from this life, I'm afraid the odds are increasing daily and exponentially that you are going to die in that position.

The people now in charge all need to be removed and arrested for their easily provable crimes. That you are not now working to make this happen with all possible speed, you might say, is counterintuitive to your own chances of survival, because as long as they continue to remain in charge, their policies of population reduction and the eradication of all peoples' most basic rights will only accelerate.

The whole world knows this, except for people in the United States — America is on the wrong side.

John Kaminski is a writer who lives on the Gulf Coast of Florida preaching the message that no problem in the world can be authentically addressed without first analyzing tangents caused by Jewish perfidy, which has subverted and diminished every aspect of human endeavor throughout history. Support for his work is wholly derived from people who can understand what he's saying and know what it means. http://johnkaminski.info/ 250 N. McCall Rd. #2, Englewood FL 34223 USA

[PS: My Mac spellchecker doesn't recognize Kaminski as a valid spelling; it only lists the Jewish version of the name, Kaminsky, as correct. Imagine that. Just like Wikipedia, Google, and all those people who write me pretending not to be Jews.]

Bangladesh and the 'Islamic Republic of Pakistan' joint efforts to free the Indian-occupied Kashmiri citizens from the slaveryof the 'Brahmins-Hindus' dictatorship

Habib Yousafzai

(Spokesperson)

Bangladesh, formerly the East Pakistan, fought three wars for the liberation of Kashmir when it existed as East Pakistan until the alleged forces the 'Brahmins-Hindus' democracy/dictatorship caused its unfortunate separation from the Islamic Republic of Pakistan.

After dismemberment, neither of them alone can impress the Indian government to implement the Security Council, United Nations (SC:UN), resolution for the right to decide the fate of the oppressed people of the Indian-occupied areas of the Jammu and Kashmir, known as the Internationally Disputed areas of Jammu and Kashmir (IDA:JK), since 15th August, 1947.   As a result, the Indian government is continuously carrying out genocide, massacre, pogroms, humiliation, dehumanization, fake encounter killings, gross human rights violations, etc., of the innocent IDA:JK citizens, to say the least. It is because of the fact the 'Brahmins-Hindus' dictatorship, civil services and its armed forces knowing perfectly that there will be nobody to question their inhuman actions and crimes against the humanity.

The United States of America is reprimanding Colonel Qadafi of Libya for human rights violations against the Libya's population and both Bangladesh and Pakistan administrations have been watching helplessly and not able to speak out against the Brahmins-Hindus' New Delhi administration of India.

It is right time now for the Bangladesh and the Islamic Republic of Pakistan administrations come out to enter in some mutual understanding, along with other nationalities of the alleged Indian dictatorship, to come out diplomatically for the aid of the IDA:JK.

The joint action of the Bangladesh-Pakistan administrations and of the IDA:JK citizens may quite likely produce a peaceful resolution of the IDA:JK, within the UN:SC resolution of 1948.
